How to schedule a class using G Calendar:

Open your calendar.google.com

Create new event and name the event your Class

Schedule the time and date and choose if this class repeats

Important - Choose your T.Teacher calendar from the calendar dropdown list

Choose the Room you will teach in from the Room options in the right panel

Save the event
